Dedicated to creating a positive shift and reframing systems towards a more equitable future for creatives in the workplace, CSC is a collective of educators and facilitators with over ten years of personal and professional experience around systems change, program creation, workshop training, and executive coaching. They are willing and energized about starting and facilitating hard conversations, beginning by developing a shared language with all their work being grounded in a passion for equity and diversity.

We started with a question — how to approach a serious subject in a way that feels uplifting and positive? Our answer was simple: humanize the delivery. One, you start by leading with the heart of the matter and place people as the reason and goal of the mission with lighthearted illustrations of a diverse group of people working together and aligned in their values. Two, you lead with a genuine passion and desire for change through collaboration with a color palette that evokes warmth, trust, enthusiasm, and harmony. The rest of the design choices come as a glue binding these two concepts.
